Why sandwiched bottom stainless steel cookware?
Since 18/10 stainless steel itself is not a good heat conductor, in order to avoid hot spot from heat sourcing, we add aluminium or copper plate to the base for more even heat distribution.
What is the time to make molds?
10 to 15 days
What is the time to make samples?
5 to 8 days after completion of mold building
Can we use different handles for different products?
Provided they have the same product shape and the matching radius, we can.
What maximum thickness can be brazed?
If this refers to aluminum thickness? If so, we can braze from 2mm up to 10mm .
What is the maximum and minimum thickness of slamming?
If this also refers to the aluminum thickness, then we can slam aluminium from 3 mm up to 10 mm .
How long does it take to make mock up handles with wood or other material for customer's confirmation?
According to the difficulty level of the provided sample, it takes about 2 to 10 days.
Can the inner polishing quality meet the European standard?
Referring to the European Samples and the current wax used in factory, we can definitely reach the European quality level.
What is the advantage of slamming of brazing?
In slamming process, aluminum and stainless steel sheet are heated up to 400 -500°C and pressed under huge forces enabling the aluminum material to integrate with the small pores on the steel surface creating an almost 100% bonded area. There won't be any medium between due to such a large bonded area, and also both its heat conduction and bonding strength are superior to the brazed ones.
What is the advantage of an encapsulated base?
It looks nicer and there is no corrosion on the aluminium, caused by aggressive detergents.
